Co-Founder Lee Clark brings decades of litigation, arbitration, and judicial experience. He has served as lead trial counsel in complex disputes, as a Court-Appointed Arbitrator, and as Judge Pro Tem. Co-Founder Conor Meyers brings direct executive leadership as a sitting CEO, General Counsel, and Chief Legal Officer across construction, biotechnology, and design industries.
