Conor Meyers
Partner, Clark Meyers PC
Conor Meyers brings more than 30 years of combined legal, executive, and entrepreneurial experience to Clark Meyers PC. His background spans roles as CEO, COO, CFO, and General Counsel across construction, design, forensic investigation, and biotechnology industries—giving him a unique ability to bridge business realities with legal perspective.
Conor launched and operated several successful companies, expanding services in building envelope design and testing, electronic leak detection, litigation consulting and construction and design forensics. He currently remains CEO and General Counsel of ACE Building Envelope Design, Inc. His leadership in these ventures makes him a respected voice in the construction field, and has moderated and spoken at national conferences such as the Perrin National Construction Defect Conference and the CLM Focus Conference.
In his legal practice, Conor advises clients on corporate governance, business transactions, real estate and construction and risk management, offering executive-level insight that extends far beyond traditional legal counsel. He also served on the Corporate Board of Advisors and is currently the Chief Legal Officer for ZEA Biosciences, reflecting his commitment to innovation across industries.
Conor earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Notre Dame Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UC Davis. His decades of leadership and multidisciplinary expertise make him an invaluable partner to businesses seeking strategic, results-driven legal counsel that aligns with long-term success.

Lee Clark
Partner, Clark Meyers PC
With more than three decades of experience in complex litigation, Lee Clark is known for his precision, integrity, and ability to resolve high-stakes disputes through both advocacy and neutrality. Licensed in California and Idaho, Lee has served as lead trial counsel in dozens of cases spanning construction defect, commercial litigation, environmental contamination, and professional liability. His rare combination of courtroom success and mediation expertise makes him a trusted advisor for companies navigating intricate legal challenges.
Before co-founding Clark Meyers PC, Lee served as a founding partner at Dimalanta Clark, co-founded Nexus Law Group, and practiced at nationally recognized firms including Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith. His judicial service includes a judicial clerkship with Joan Stevenson Brennan in the Northern District Federal Court, appointments as Court Appointed Arbitrator in Santa Clara County (2000–2006) and Judge Pro Tem in San Mateo County Superior Courts (2002–2005). Since 2008, he has also acted as a mediator and arbitrator selected by parties across California and Idaho.
Lee earned his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Portland. He continues to publish and speak on legal best practices and claims handling, including presentations for AIG and several Construction Professionals Associations. At Clark Meyers PC, Lee provides litigation-informed business counsel and dispute resolution that reflect his lifelong commitment to excellence, fairness, and results.
